  • Easy Payment: Payments are due upon service completion unless stated otherwise. We accept bank transfers, cash, and other agreed payment methods.
  • Transparent Quotes: Quotes provided are valid for 30 days. Any changes in pricing due to service adjustments will be discussed with you in advance.

• • Flexible Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule, please notify us as stated otherwise at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.
  • Rescheduling: Need to reschedule? No problem! Give us 24 hours’ notice, and we’ll work to fit you in as soon as possible.

• • Property Care: We treat your property with care and respect. However, Clean Bay NZ is not liable for accidental damages unless proven to be caused by our team’s actions. Please report any issues within 24 hours of service.
  • Health and Safety: Clean Bay NZ adheres to New Zealand’s health and safety standards, ensuring that our cleaning practices are safe for you and your property.
